OK, OK. It could be argued (successfully, I might add) that the $1 (above) looks pretty shite here.
Well - its like this... The "real" coin's reverse is not struck - it's left flat - and it has the
hologram applied to the flat face (effectively just a planchet).
It looks good, naked eye and under a bright light.
However, under magnification (such as this scan) it looks appalling.
